Cleaning & Socialization

We are looking for dedicated individuals or families to keep to a schedule agreed upon by Happy Tails and volunteer to help clean the rescue and socialize the cats. We ask you to keep to the schedule to ensure that the cats are taken care on the specific day/time. Keeping a clean environment is essential to keeping the cats healthy and safe. Giving the cats socialization is essential for the well being of the cat and it helps the cat get adopted.

Duties include:

Scooping litter boxes

Sweeping/mopping floor

Cleaning cat trees/huts

Cleaning out cages

Playing with and socializing the cats

Once a week, we do a "deep" clean and take out garbage, empty and clean litter boxes, laundry, and anything else that may need a deep clean.
